The ideal candidate for this role will be a consistently high performer within the Bulk Purchase Annuity landscape that has demonstrable experience of managing and transacting BPA deals successfully.
Candidates from both intermediated or insurance backgrounds will be considered, as long as they bring with them the requisite experience of this market and a significant existing network to leverage from day one.
The successful candidate will be ultimately responsible for hitting new business targets but will also have substantial influence on other aspects of this product lines’ operations and as such, will be expected to work collaboratively with other senior internal and external stakeholders to ensure the growth and continued development of the overall proposition and strategy.
An actuarial background isn’t a necessity but a deep and broad specialism in the DB pensions, longevity or BPA markets is.
