TAG is the brainchild of Graeme. His belief that the niche areas TAG serves within the sector, require deep and broad industry knowledge to be served correctly, is what compelled him to start the business. Having been entrenched in financial services for over 10 years, he knows first-hand how outstanding personnel can positively transform businesses in the industry.
Founder and Managing Director
John has extensive recruitment experience in a career spanning more than a decade in the industry. John provides strategic oversight and brings a wealth of operational know-how to TAG in his role as Commercial Director.
Emma is responsible for the day to day financial activities of TAG. She brings a proven track record of improving finance processes and a broad knowledge base gained over 14 years in finance and 8 years specifically within the recruitment sector.
Lily is the lead resourcer for TAG. Her keen attention to detail, honed over more than 5 years in the industry, means she is able to source the highest quality candidates for the mandates TAG undertakes.
Clarrisa supports the TAG team from an admin perspective. Her experience means she is able to expertly maintain high standards of speed and efficiency, whilst working on multiple projects simultaneously in high pressured environments.
