TAG is the brainchild of Graeme. His belief that the niche areas TAG serves within the sector, require deep and broad industry knowledge to be served correctly, is what compelled him to start the business. Having been entrenched in financial services for over 10 years, he knows first-hand how outstanding personnel can positively transform businesses in the industry.

With an impressive background in international executive search, financial services and language translation, Niomi brings a unique skillset and invaluable expertise to TAG, which she leverages to effectively lead on senior hiring processes and manage client relationships. As a native German-speaker, Niomi has also taken up the role of growing TAG’s presence in the DACH region, which is one of our strategic objectives.

Lily has over 10 years of experience working in the Recruitment Industry as a Business and Sales Administrator. Lily now oversees our Administration and HR functions within the business and works closely with the leadership team to support and maintain the day-to-day running of the office and operations.

David significantly enhances TAG’s capabilities in meeting complex staffing needs with precision and insight. He is passionate about delivering a premium service for both candidates and clients and is particularly enthusiastic about expanding into the risk transfer market, where he aims to leverage his skills to deliver impactful solutions and forge new partnerships.
